MNF Metals & Forming: est. 2005, rolling steel at Khushkhera since 2011
MNF Metals & Forming Private Limited was incorporated on 4 August 2005 and started production at its own plant in Khushkhera, near Bhiwadi in Rajasthan, in July 2011. We roll-form colour coated roofing and cladding sheets, deck sheet, C and Z purlins, flashings and gutters, and we design, supply and erect pre-engineered buildings.
The corporate office is at Nehru Place in New Delhi. The factory, and everyone who makes things, is at Khushkhera.
What we make
Roll-formed steel for sheds and industrial buildings. On the roofing side that is the 2 Rib, 3 Rib and 4 Rib standing seam profiles in colour coated galvalume. On the structure side it is a composite deck profile for mezzanine floors, C purlins from 1.0 mm and Z purlins from 1.2 mm, up to 3.0 mm, punched to drawing, and the flashings, gutters, trims and closures that finish a roof.
We also take a shed from drawing to standing building: design and drafting in-house, the steel from our plant, and erection by our own teams. Job work, where you send your own coil and we roll it, is done on the same lines.
Capacity is 1,500 tonnes a month. Sheets go out up to 12 m long by road. We do not roll roofing sheet below 0.3 mm.
Two companies, one plant
MNF Metals & Forming Pvt Ltd is the manufacturer. Everything rolled, folded or fabricated comes from it. Its ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and GMP certificates cover the plant.
MNF Projects LLP is the execution arm. It audits existing roofs, carries out repairs and reroofing, erects new work and runs annual maintenance contracts. It also designs and delivers complete PEB jobs, and holds its own ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certificates. When you read about roof care on this site, that is MNF Projects.
Together the two companies trade as Team MNF, the name you will see on our brochures. You will get a quotation from whichever company does the work, and the GST registration on the invoice will match it.

The company was set up on 4 August 2005 as a trading company, and roll forming at our Khushkhera plant started on 7 July 2011. Both dates are on the Udyam registration certificate.

Khushkhera is a RIICO industrial area on the Rajasthan side of the Delhi NCR border, which is why most of our work is in Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, Haryana and western Uttar Pradesh. We deliver anywhere in India by road, and have supplied as far as Goa and Singrauli. The factory page says what is on the floor and how to visit.

Is MNF a manufacturer or a trader?
A manufacturer. The roll-forming lines are ours, at F-39 (B & C), RIICO Industrial Area, Khushkhera, and the sheets and purlins we sell are rolled on them. Coil is bought from the mills and dispatched with the mill test certificate. You are welcome to visit and watch it run.
What is the difference between MNF Metals & Forming and MNF Projects?
MNF Metals & Forming Pvt Ltd makes the steel. MNF Projects LLP audits, repairs, reroofs and maintains roofs, and erects new work. Same people, same plant, two companies, each with its own ISO certificates, and your invoice comes from whichever one did the job. Together they trade as Team MNF.
