Projects · supply records
What we have supplied, and where it went
Airports, metro and RRTS stations, factory sheds, warehouses and a pharma unit. The six case studies below are the jobs where something was at stake: a design change at the last minute, a vendor who walked off the site, a penalty clause on the contract.
Each one says what was supplied, how much of it, what went wrong and how it was handled, so you can check us on the record and not only on the logos. Below the case studies are the supply records from the purchase orders we hold.

Lenskart, Bhiwadi
5,500 sq ft of custom roofing sheets and coded flashings, delivered ready to fit in 3 working days after a last-minute design change. Handed over on time with zero scrap.
Yamaha, Greater Noida
Mixed C purlins and box sections in revised thicknesses after a layout change, delivered in 72 hours with a Zero-Deviation Certificate from the consultant.
Ayodhya Airport
A 15-tonne consignment of roofing sheets, closures and flashings, fully inspected and supplied in 4 days. The contractor avoided a ₹8 lakh penalty.
Varun Beverages, Kosi
Purlins and ridge frames delivered in 2.5 days after a key vendor defaulted mid-project, marked for direct installation. The project never stopped.
SMCC, pharma unit
Custom roofing profiles and slope-optimised closures for a pharma roof with complex slope transitions, approved at the first review and leak-free after the monsoon.
NCRTC, Delhi to Meerut
Elevated stations taken over for URC Construction after other vendors left midway, completed ahead of schedule with zero leakage.
Other supply records
These jobs have no write-up yet. The first two come from work orders and purchase orders in our files. The other three come from our brochure and the quantities are being checked against the dispatch records before we treat them as final.
- Delhi Metro stations (Deepali Chowk, West Enclave, Pushpanjali), for URC Construction. Erection of Lysaght Trimdek roof and wall cladding on the station buildings and the entry and exit bridges, 31,122 sq m, and fabrication of 3 mm GI rainwater gutters. The sheet here was Lysaght's, not ours; our part was the erection and the gutter work.
- Bijwasan railway station, for BL Kashyap. Supply of 20,000 sq m of 0.5 mm JSW colour coated sheet in RAL 7030, plus 10,000 sq m of crimped sheet and the flashings.
- JSW Dolvi, for Schenck Process, 2020. About 7,630 sq m of roof sheets and 500 sq m of polycarbonate.
- NTPC Singrauli, for Qlar India, 2024. Drawings and design support, about 7,260 sq m of roof sheets, purlins, 400 to 450 sq m of polycarbonate and 4,000 running metres of flashings.
- Vedanta Goa, for Hindustan Zinc, 2024. About 5,250 sq m of roof sheets and 800 running metres of flashings.
We also hold records for Elin Electronics in Ghaziabad (dismantling of a fire-damaged shed, through MNF Projects) and two jobs at Trontek Electronics in Sohna. Ask and we will show you the completion checklist.
About the client logos
The logos on our home page are Delhi Metro, Honda, Suzuki, BHEL, Vedanta, Varun Beverages, Hindustan Zinc, KMRC, Lucknow Metro, SMCC, AICA, Fedders Lloyd, KAKA and Lorom. A logo on its own tells you very little. It does not say whether we supplied 200 sq m of cladding or a whole roof, or whether the order went through a contractor. The case studies and the records above say what was supplied and how much.
Most of our infrastructure work is ordered by the contractor, not the end client. On the metro and RRTS stations the order came from URC Construction, and at Ayodhya from Roofclad Infra. We name the contractor in each record so you can ask them about us.
Have a job like one of these? Send the drawing or the area and we will say what we can do and by when.
Get a quoteQuestions buyers ask us
Can we visit one of these sites?
Sometimes. A factory roof belongs to the factory, so we ask the owner first, and a working plant will usually say no during production. The metro and railway stations are public, so you can walk under those roofs any day. The easier visit is our own plant at Khushkhera, where you can see the sheets and purlins being rolled.
Do you give references?
Yes. Each project record names the client or the contractor, and where a named person has agreed we quote them on the page. For a job of size we will put you in touch with a buyer who has worked with us, with their permission.
Do you name every client?
Only where we have consent. Some purchase orders carry a confidentiality clause and some buyers simply prefer not to be listed, so a few jobs appear here by type and size without a name.
What is in a project record?
The client or contractor, the location, what we supplied (profile, thickness, coating and quantity), whether we erected it, the month it finished, and what went wrong and how it was handled. Contract values and unit rates stay off the site.
