SMCC pharma unit: a leak-free roof across complex slope transitions
The SMCC pharmaceutical manufacturing unit needed a roof that would not leak at all, in line with stringent pharmaceutical compliance standards, and its shed design had complex slope transitions.
We developed custom roofing profiles and closures shaped for each transition, and checked water flow, overlaps and sealing in a 3D review before production. The consultant approved it at the first review, and the roof stayed dry through the monsoon.
