Website terms of use

Information on this site is a guide

Product descriptions, sizes, load tables, photographs and colour swatches on this site are given to help you plan. They are indicative. Colours on a screen are never an exact match for painted steel, so ask for a sample before you order if the shade matters.

Nothing on the site is an offer to sell at a particular price. Lead times and figures change with coil availability and the order book.

Quotes govern

The price, quantity, specification, delivery and payment terms of any order are the ones in our written quotation and your purchase order as accepted by us. If anything on this site differs from the quotation, the quotation applies.

Specifications

Material properties such as base metal thickness, coating mass and yield strength are those shown on the mill test certificate for the coil your order is rolled from. Structural design for your building is the responsibility of your engineer, or of our design team where a design is part of the order.

Names and trademarks

MNF and the MNF logo are trademarks of MNF Metals & Forming Private Limited. Customer names and logos appear with their permission and belong to their owners. Coil brands such as JSW and Tata are named only to describe the material and belong to their owners. You may not copy the text, drawings or photographs on this site for commercial use without our written permission.

We are not responsible for the content of other websites we link to. Data sheets and drawings you download are for your own planning and may be updated without notice.

Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate, but we are not liable for any loss that comes from relying on the website alone without a written quotation from us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute about the website.
