The factory: roll-forming lines at F-39, RIICO Industrial Area, Khushkhera
The plant is at F-39 (B & C), RIICO Industrial Area, Khushkhera, in District Alwar, Rajasthan, on the Rajasthan side of Bhiwadi. It has been running since July 2011. Everything we sell as our own is rolled, punched or folded here.

What is on the floor
The plant runs five roll-forming lines, for the roofing and cladding profiles (2 Rib and 3 Rib), the deck profile and purlins. The purlin line punches the holes as the section is rolled. There is also slitting for cutting coil to the widths the lines need, and folding for flashings, closures and gutters. The 4 Rib standing seam sheet is rolled by a separate machine that travels to site, so the sheet can be run in one length up to 300 m without an end lap.
Two overhead cranes of 7 tonnes each lift coil onto the decoilers and bundles onto the trucks.

Materials in stock
Colour coated galvalume coil for the roofing profiles: AZ150 aluminium-zinc coating to AS 1397, 550 MPa steel, 25 micron top coat in RMP or SMP, 0.5 mm TCT as standard. For purlins, HR, CR, galvanised, galvalume and POSMAC coil from 1.0 to 3.0 mm, in yield grades from 245 to 350 MPa. CRCA and GI for the deck profile. GI sheet for gutters. FRP and polycarbonate for daylight runs are bought against the order.
We run coil from JSW, Tata, AM/NS or POSCO as standard. Stock colours and gauges are the ones our regular customers order; a colour or gauge outside that is bought against the order and adds to the lead time, and we say so on the quote.

Inspection and the mill test certificate
Every coil arrives with the mill's test certificate, which states the steel grade, the coating mass and the paint system. We keep that certificate with the coil number and send a copy out with every consignment rolled from it, so you can trace the sheet on your roof back to the mill.
On the floor, the first sheet off each run is checked against the profile drawing for cover width, crest height and pitch, and lengths are checked against the cutting list. Purlins are checked for web, flange, lip and hole position. Our inspection report goes with the mill certificate in the dispatch documents.
What we do not do is test the coil ourselves for coating mass or yield. That is the mill's test, and we rely on it. If your tender wants third-party testing, tell us and we will arrange it at cost.
Dispatch
Sheets go out up to 12 m long by road, which is the longest length a normal trailer carries. Purlins are cut up to 12 m as well. Bundles are strapped, wrapped and marked with the customer, the roof zone and the mark numbers, and loaded in the order the site will use them where the drawing tells us that.
Prices are ex-works from Khushkhera, and we quote delivered pricing on request. Satya on dispatch will tell you when a truck has left and what is on it.

Visits
You are welcome to see the lines run. Visits are by appointment, Monday to Saturday between 9 am and 6 pm, so that someone is free to walk you round and the line you want to see is running. Girish Sharma, our Plant Head, fixes the day. Give us a day's notice and wear closed shoes.
If you are comparing suppliers, bring your drawing. Girish or Ramakant will tell you on the spot what it will roll as, and what it will not.

Can I see my order being rolled?
Yes, if you tell us in advance. We will schedule the run for the day you visit where the programme allows, and you can check the first sheet against the drawing yourself.
Do you keep coil in stock or buy it per order?
Both. Standard gauges and colours are kept in stock. Anything else is bought against your order, and the lead time on the quote allows for it.
Can you roll my own coil?
Yes, that is job work. Send the coil to the plant with its mill certificate and we roll it to the profile you want. Pricing depends on the material, the profile and the quantity, and we quote it per kg.
How far will you deliver?
Anywhere in India by road. Most deliveries are within Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, Haryana and western Uttar Pradesh, and we have sent consignments to Goa and Singrauli. Distance is priced on the quote.
