Two companies, two sets of certificates. MNF Metals & Forming Pvt Ltd holds the certificates for the plant, which rolls and supplies the steel. MNF Projects LLP holds its own ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 for PEB delivery and everything on site: erection, reroofing, repairs and maintenance.

MNF Projects LLP: PEB delivery, erection and roof work

Our projects company, certified in its own name. It designs and delivers pre-engineered buildings, erects steel and sheet on site, and runs the roof care work: roof audits, reroofing, repairs and maintenance contracts.

Scope: Complete solutions for pre-engineered buildings, from planning and design to the final on-site installation, including the supply of steel structures, roofing, wall cladding and mezzanine floors, ventilation, natural lighting and building repairs.

Which certificate goes in your tender file

  • Supply only (sheets, purlins, deck, accessories): the MNF Metals certificates, since MNF Metals is the company on the invoice.
  • Erection, reroofing, repairs or a maintenance contract: in most cases the MNF Projects certificates, since MNF Projects usually signs these contracts. Your quote names the company. ISO 45001 is the one most site safety teams ask for.
  • A complete PEB, supply and erection: both sets, one for each company on the contract.

The Udyam certificate records the incorporation date of 4 August 2005 and the start of production on 7 July 2011, which is where the two dates on our about page come from.

Questions buyers ask us

Which company holds your ISO 9001 certificate?

Both do, each in its own name. MNF Metals & Forming holds ISO 9001:2015 for the plant, certified by CCPL. MNF Projects LLP holds ISO 9001:2015 for PEB delivery and site work, certified by QRO Certification LLP. The numbers and scans are on this page, and we send either PDF the same working day on request.

Does MNF Projects have its own certificates?

Yes. MNF Projects LLP holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 in its own name, issued by QRO Certification LLP. They cover PEB design and delivery through to on-site installation, which is why most erection and roof work is contracted through MNF Projects.

Are you MSME and NSIC registered?

Yes. We are registered on the Udyam portal as a small manufacturing enterprise, and with NSIC under its Single Point Registration Scheme for six items: colour coated profile roofing sheets, C and Z purlins, flashings, polycarbonate sheets, sag rods, and accessories such as fasteners, louvres and insulation. Under the Public Procurement Policy for Micro and Small Enterprises, central government departments and PSUs exempt registered small enterprises from the earnest money deposit for the items their registration covers, so ask us for the Udyam or NSIC certificate for your bid. We also hold an importer-exporter code, issued in June 2019.

Can I get a copy of a certificate for my tender file?

Yes. Ask by email or WhatsApp and we send the PDF the same working day. Tell us whether the job is supply, erection or both, and we send the certificates of the company that will be on your contract. If the tender needs a stamped hard copy, say so and we will courier one.

Why are the scans on this page watermarked?

So they cannot be lifted and passed off by someone else. The certificate number, dates and scope are all readable through the watermark, and the clean PDF is yours on request.

Which certifications matter for a roofing supplier?

For most tenders, ISO 9001 for the quality system and the mill test certificate for the coil itself. ISO 45001 matters where a crew erects on your site, because it covers how the company manages safety at height. ISO 14001 and GMP are asked for less often but some pharma and food clients want them.
